• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or contaminants. For porous materials like wood, a light sanding may improve adhesion. Ensure good ventilation. — Prepare Surfaces
• Apply a uniform coat to one or both surfaces using a spray, brush, or roller. Aim for approximately 80% surface coverage. A single coat is often sufficient; apply a second coat if needed after the first is dry to the touch. — Apply Adhesive
• Wait for the adhesive to become tacky to the touch, typically within 15-60 minutes, and up to 4 hours for the full bonding range. This allows solvents to evaporate and creates optimal adhesion. — Allow to Tack Up
• Carefully join the surfaces, aligning them precisely. Apply firm, uniform pressure across the entire bonded area to ensure complete contact and activate the high-strength bond. — Join and Press
