How it will work

Earn 1 point per ₹1 spent
Points will be credited within 14 days of delivery. Refunds and shipping charges won't earn points.

Redeem at 100 points = ₹10
Apply at checkout — pay with a combination of cash and points. Minimum redemption: 500 points (₹50).

Tier up over time
Annual spend will determine your tier. Higher tiers earn faster, get exclusive perks, and skip-the-queue support.
Planned membership tiers
Your tier will be determined by your annual spend, with benefits applying immediately on upgrade and tiers recalculated each January.
Silver
Tier 1
Annual spend: under ₹50,000- 1 point per ₹1

Planned points rules
Validity
Points expire 12 months from the date earned. Place at least one order every 12 months to keep your balance active.
Crediting
Points are credited 14 days after successful delivery (after the refund window closes). Cancelled or refunded orders don't earn points.
Redemption cap
You can pay up to 50% of any order value with points. The rest must be paid via cash, card, UPI, etc.
Tier review
Tiers are recalculated each January based on your annual spend in the previous calendar year.
Common rewards questions
We're building it now and will announce the launch on this page and on WhatsApp. Message us at +91 63911 11661 with the word "rewards" and we'll tell you the day it goes live.
Points will be non-transferable and tied to your account. To gift, place the order yourself and ship to their address — you keep the points.
If we refund an order, the points earned on it will be reversed. If you redeemed points on the order, they'll be credited back to your balance.
