Things to know.
Validity
Points expire 12 months from the date earned. Place at least one order every 12 months to keep your balance active.
Crediting
Points are credited 14 days after successful delivery (after the refund window closes). Cancelled or refunded orders don't earn points.
Redemption cap
You can pay up to 50% of any order value with points. The rest must be paid via cash, card, UPI etc.
Tier review
Tiers are recalculated each January based on your annual spend in the previous calendar year.
