How do I set the MOVEHI Digital Countdown Timer?

To set the countdown, hold the SET button until the DAY number flashes, then use UP/START or DOWN to adjust. Press SET again for Hour, Minute, and Second. Press UP/START to begin or pause. For the clock, hold CLOCK and adjust numbers similarly. The timer includes 2 CR2032 batteries for immediate use.

Can this timer be used for cooking in Indian kitchens?

While it has a magnetic back and a clock function, this timer is primarily designed for long-term countdowns (up to 999 days) for events like weddings or exams. For precise minute-by-minute cooking timers, a dedicated kitchen timer might be more suitable due to its specialized functions and potentially louder alarms.

How long will the batteries last in this timer?

The included CR2032 batteries are designed to last for at least one year of normal use. This ensures you won't need to worry about replacements for a significant period, making it a reliable tool for tracking long-term events.

What is the best way to use this timer for wedding planning?

Set the timer to count down the days until your wedding date. The large LCD screen makes it easy to see the remaining time at a glance. The magnetic backing allows you to place it visibly on your refrigerator or a notice board, serving as a constant reminder of your special day.

Does the timer have a loud alarm?

Yes, the timer provides an alarm for 1 minute when the countdown is finished. This ensures you are notified when your set period has elapsed, whether it's for an event deadline or a specific timed task.
