When customs may ask for your KYC
Indian customs occasionally requires customer KYC documents — PAN card, Aadhaar, or other ID — to clear specific consignments. This usually applies to higher-value personal imports or restricted product categories. Most CrowCrowCrow orders do not trigger this because we consolidate and import under our company name, but it can happen.
