3. We match or refund

Pre-purchase: we update your cart price. Post-purchase: refund the difference within 5–7 working days.

Customs, IGST, and shipping must be included in the comparison price.

Price must be currently available at the time we verify, and the item must be in stock for India delivery.

Do you match Amazon US directly?

No — Amazon US doesn't ship to most Indian addresses, and even where they do, the all-in landed price (with their import duty estimate, currency conversion fee, and freight) is typically higher than ours. The price match applies to other India-shipping cross-border retailers.

What about temporary flash sales on competitor sites?

If the flash-sale price is currently live and the same product is in stock when we verify, we'll match it. If the flash sale has already ended by the time we check, the match doesn't apply.

Will you match grey-market prices?

No. We only match authorized cross-border retailers with a verifiable supply chain. Grey-market sellers often skip duties or sell parallel imports, which is why their prices look lower — but the buyer takes the legal and authenticity risk.
