• Pan measures 10.3 inches in diameter and is 3.6 inches in height with a 12 cup capacity.
• Made in America of domestic and imported materials. Our aluminum bakeware-quality pieces are made to withstand a lifetime of use in your home kitchen.

• Prepare the Pan — Before each use, thoroughly brush the entire interior, including all crevices, with butter or shortening. Dust lightly with flour or cocoa powder to coat evenly. Alternatively, use a baking spray containing flour.
• Fill and Bake — Fill the prepared pan no more than 3/4 full with your cake batter to prevent overflow during baking. Place in a preheated oven at the temperature specified by your recipe (up to 400°F/204°C).
• Cool and Release — Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack for approximately 10 minutes. This allows the cake to set slightly before inversion. Carefully invert the pan onto the rack to release the cake.
• Clean and Store — Hand wash the pan with warm, soapy water after it has cooled. Avoid using metal utensils, scouring pads, or abrasive cleaners on the nonstick surface. Extended soaking is not recommended. Store dry.
