Yes. Every transaction is encrypted with bank-grade SSL and processed via PCI-DSS certified gateways. We never store your card details. Card transactions are protected with 3D Secure (OTP) — even if someone has your card details, they cannot pay without your phone.
Will I have to pay anything extra at delivery?
No. The price at checkout is all-inclusive — customs duty, IGST, and import handling are pre-paid by us. The only exception is COD orders, where you pay the cash amount on delivery (same as the listed price).
How do I qualify for EMI?
Order value must be ₹3,000 or more, and you need a credit card from one of the supported issuers (HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, Yes Bank, RBL, Standard Chartered). Tenure options of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months will appear at checkout. Interest rate is set by your bank and shown before you confirm.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes, for select PIN codes. Enter your PIN at checkout and the COD option will appear if it's available for your address. There's an upper limit per order, also shown at checkout.
My payment was deducted but the order didn't confirm. What now?
In rare cases of network drop, payment may be debited but the order doesn't confirm. The amount is auto-refunded by the bank within 5–7 working days. WhatsApp us with your transaction reference and we'll fast-track it.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, and Amex international cards are accepted for orders shipping to Indian addresses. Currency conversion is handled by your card issuer at their published rate.
