Simplify Your Homebrew & Save Time
Bellamei Brew Bags provide an efficient and economical way to start all-grain brewing, eliminating the need for traditional mash tuns. Made from sturdy, BPA-free nylon mesh with double reinforced stitching, these bags are designed for repeated use and easy cleaning. The 250-micron tightly woven mesh ensures no grains slip into the wort, resulting in clearer liquid. Brewing becomes simpler and more time-saving.
The extra-large 22"x26" (56cm x 66cm) size fits kettles up to 17" (43cm) in diameter and can hold up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of grain, accommodating even the largest recipes without spilling. A sturdy drawstring with an adjustable lock ensures a complete seal before removal, making the process hassle-free.
These versatile bags are suitable for various uses beyond beer, including cold brew coffee, apple cider, and fruit wine making. They are easy to clean by hand or machine. For best results, rinse before first use and wash with warm soap after each use, turning inside out. The bags can withstand temperatures from -40℉ to 248℉ (-40℃ to 120℃).
Brewing Efficiency and Clarity
Bellamei Brew Bags simplify the all-grain brewing process by eliminating the need for multiple mash tuns or pots. The fine 250-micron mesh ensures excellent separation of grain and hop debris, leading to a clearer wort and a cleaner final product. This means less cleanup and more time enjoying the brewing itself. Unlike traditional methods that can be cumbersome, these bags offer a straightforward 'brew in a bag' approach that saves time and space, making homebrewing more accessible and enjoyable for enthusiasts.
Ideal for Homebrewers, Consider Alternatives for Commercial Use
These bags are excellent for home brewers looking for a cost-effective and reusable solution for batches up to 20 lbs of grain. They are particularly well-suited for those who appreciate the convenience of the 'brew in a bag' method. However, for commercial brewing operations or extremely large batch sizes exceeding 20 lbs, dedicated mash tun systems might offer greater efficiency and capacity. If you require extremely fine filtration for specific beer styles or are sensitive to nylon materials, exploring stainless steel mesh filters might be a consideration.
