If any product we deliver is independently verified as counterfeit, we refund the full price plus an additional 100% credit. We have never knowingly sold a fake.

How does CrowCrowCrow verify authenticity?
We source every product directly from authorized US retailers and keep complete sourcing records. When a claim is filed, we cross-check serial numbers, packaging, brand markers, and consult independent sources where needed.
What's the difference between 200% and 14-Day Smile Guarantee?
200% kicks in only if a product is independently verified as counterfeit — that's a refund of price + 100% credit. The 14-Day Smile Guarantee covers regular issues — shipping damage, "not as described", quality problems — with a standard refund or replacement.
How long does the refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI is typically fastest. Bank-issued cards may take a couple of additional days for the bank to reflect the refund.
What's not covered?
Buyer's-remorse "I changed my mind" returns are not covered. Damage caused by misuse after delivery is not covered. Custom-made or personalized items are not covered. Voltage-incompatible US appliances damaged by Indian voltage are not covered (we recommend checking voltage before ordering).
