We source every product directly from authorized US retailers and authorized brand partners and keep complete sourcing records. When a claim is filed, we cross-check serial numbers, packaging, brand markers, and consult independent sources where needed.

What if a product is counterfeit?

If a product is independently verified as counterfeit, you get a full refund of the product price — money back to your original payment method — plus an additional 100% in store credit. How long does the refund take?

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI is typically fastest. Bank-issued cards may take a couple of additional days for the bank to reflect the refund.

What's not covered?

Buyer's-remorse "I changed my mind" returns are not covered. Damage caused by misuse after delivery is not covered. Custom-made or personalized items are not covered. Voltage-incompatible US appliances damaged by Indian voltage are not covered (we recommend checking voltage before ordering).
