How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, add to cart, and check out. The price you see is all-inclusive — customs duty, IGST, and shipping are already included. You'll receive an order confirmation email and SMS within minutes.
Can I order a US product not on your site?
Yes. WhatsApp the Amazon US / Walmart / Costco product link to +91 9403891289. We confirm shipability, the all-in landed price, and lead time within a few hours.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Cancellations are possible before the order is sourced from the US (typically within 24 hours of placing it). After sourcing, the order is committed and can't be cancelled, but you're covered by the 14-Day Smile Guarantee. WhatsApp us with your order ID.

When and how it arrives.

How long does delivery take?
For metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad), most orders reach you within 7–12 business days. Tier-2 / tier-3 cities — add a few extra days for last-mile delivery.
Do you ship all India?
Yes — every PIN code in India. We have regional hubs in Mumbai (Thane), Delhi, Bangalore, and Kolkata, with trusted last-mile partners covering the rest of the country.
Will I have to pay customs duty separately?
No. Customs duty, IGST, and import handling are all included in the price you see at checkout. You will not be asked to pay anything extra at delivery.

Where is my order?

How do I track my order?
Go to /order-tracking and enter your order ID and the email/phone you used at checkout. Live tracking on ExpressBox.com becomes available ~48 hours after dispatch.
Tracking shows "Customs Clearance" — do I need to do anything?
No. We clear customs in our company name with all duties pre-paid. Just wait for the next update — typically 1–3 days.
Refunds

When something goes wrong.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Full refund or replacement under our 14-Day Smile Guarantee. WhatsApp us within 14 days of delivery with your order ID and 2–3 photos. Refunds processed within 5–7 business days.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Full refund. If the package can't be delivered for any reason — wrong address, lost in transit, customs reject — we issue a full refund.
Payments

Pay how you want.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.), Visa/Mastercard/RuPay/Amex credit and debit cards, all major Indian banks via Net Banking, Paytm/PhonePe/Amazon Pay wallets, EMI on select cards (3–12 months, ₹3,000+), and Cash on Delivery on select PIN codes.
Is payment secure?
Yes. PCI-DSS certified gateway, 256-bit SSL encryption, 3D Secure (OTP) on every card transaction. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Products & authenticity

Real, verified, sourced direct.

Are products authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from authorized US retailers — Amazon US, Walmart, Costco, Target, Home Depot, and similar. If any product is independently verified as counterfeit, we refund 200%.
Do US-product warranties work in India?
Depends on the brand. Apple AppleCare+ is global. Sony India often honors warranty with the original receipt. Some brands (Bose, certain camera brands) only honor warranty in the country of purchase. WhatsApp us before ordering high-warranty-value items if you want a brand-specific check.

Do I need an account to order?
Yes — an account is needed so you can track orders, save addresses for repeat purchases, and access store credits or refunds.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@crowcrowcrow.com from your registered email with subject "Delete my account". We action this within 7 working days, retaining only legally-required transaction records.
