All legal compliance obligations — including product safety, BIS certification requirements, and import liability — remain with Color Papers India Private Limited as the IEC holder. ### Exception: alternative IOR For certain product categories requiring additional regulatory documentation or special import clearance, the import may be processed under a different importer of record — either the customer or an authorized third-party import partner.
