Who we are and how we operate.
Independent reseller
CrowCrowCrow (operated by Color Papers India Private Limited) is not the manufacturer or authorized brand owner of any product listed on this platform. We are an independent importer and reseller. Products are directly procured from the USA market as per availability. All brand names, trademarks, and product names mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for product identification.
Importer of record
Color Papers India Private Limited is the importer of record for the majority of products sold on CrowCrowCrow. We hold a valid Import Export Code (IEC) issued by DGFT and are GST-registered with the Indian tax authorities. All customs clearance, regulatory documentation, and BIS compliance paperwork is handled by us. All legal compliance obligations — including product safety, BIS certification requirements, and import liability — remain with Color Papers India Private Limited as the IEC holder.
Exception: alternative IOR
For certain product categories requiring additional regulatory documentation or special import clearance, the import may be processed under a different importer of record — either the customer or an authorized third-party import partner. In such cases, the customer's KYC document (typically Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport) may be required for customs clearance, and invoice / billing will be adjusted accordingly. Customers will be informed and their consent obtained before any such order is processed.
Sales invoice
Every product sold on CrowCrowCrow is accompanied by a GST-compliant sales invoice issued by Color Papers India Private Limited. This invoice represents a domestic sale transaction in India. Customers do not receive import documents (Bill of Entry, customs receipts, etc.) as the import transaction is between Color Papers India Private Limited and the overseas seller.

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Currency fluctuations may affect international product pricing. Promotional offers carry their own terms and conditions.
Listed prices include customs duties and applicable taxes. Actual duty calculations are estimates based on current Indian customs regulations.
Delivery timelines are estimates.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to: customs clearance government processing times, weather and natural disruptions, third-party carrier issues, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, and KYC document submission delays for restricted-category items.
Late-delivery store credit (₹500 / ₹100 depending on order value) is auto-applied when delivery exceeds the declared window — no claim form needed.
Brand warranty in India.
International product warranty terms vary by brand and may be limited or not applicable in India. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's terms — some warranties are region-specific. CrowCrowCrow facilitates the purchase but does not provide manufacturer warranty.
We do provide our own 14-Day Smile Guarantee for damaged, defective, or wrong items. This is separate from manufacturer warranties.

Our maximum liability for product-related claims is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or order in question. For service-related claims unrelated to product quality, liability is limited as outlined in our Terms of Service. These limitations apply subject to your mandatory consumer protection rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Brand names and trademarks.
All brand names, trademarks, and product names referenced are the property of their respective owners. We use them solely for product identification — there is no affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement implied unless explicitly stated. CrowCrowCrow's website design, original content, and logos are property of Color Papers India Private Limited.
Customs & certification.
Customs laws are subject to change. Some products may be restricted from import to India. Duties are calculated per current regulations at the time of import. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with local laws and any post-purchase usage restrictions.
Imported products may not carry Indian-specific certifications (BIS, FSSAI, AYUSH where applicable) and may follow US or international standards. Verify compatibility with your local requirements before purchasing high-regulation categories (medical equipment, supplements, electronics with safety standards).
