Is this Everusely bento box leakproof enough for Indian gravies and curries?

The bento box features leakproof silicone lids and bands, ideal for securing drier foods like sandwiches, salads, and snacks. However, due to the construction prioritizing food safety, liquids may flow between the 3 main compartments. For very runny gravies or curries, it's best to use the separate condiment container or consider a tiffin system with single, fully sealed compartments.

Can I microwave and wash this bento box easily?

The bento box is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. However, the stainless steel base is not microwave safe. Always remove the lid and silicone bands before microwaving. The separate condiment container lid is also not microwave safe.

What is the total capacity of this bento box?

The main bento box has a total capacity of 1.1 liters (37 ounces). It includes 3 divided sections and a separate condiment container with a capacity of 0.05 liters (1.7 ounces).

Why choose this product

Smart Meal Prep for Your Day

The Everusely Stainless Steel Bento Box is designed for modern life, offering a practical solution for packing balanced meals. Its robust 304 stainless steel construction ensures durability, resisting rust and odors that can affect other containers. The 3-compartment layout, along with a dedicated condiment container, allows for organized meal packing, perfect for portion control. While not fully liquid-proof between compartments due to its food-safe construction, the secure silicone bands and lids keep contents fresh and prevent most spills during transit. This makes it a reliable choice for your daily lunch, whether at the office or on a picnic.

Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It

This bento box is ideal for adults and families packing drier meals like sandwiches, salads, fruits, snacks, and dips. Its portability makes it great for work, school, or travel. However, if you frequently pack very liquidy Indian gravies or curries, be aware that some leakage between compartments may occur due to the construction prioritizing food safety over absolute liquid sealing. For such meals, consider a bento box with a single, fully sealed main compartment or a dedicated tiffin system.

How to use

Prepare Your Meal — Wash and dry the bento box and its components. Pack your desired foods into the 3 main compartments and the separate condiment container. Avoid overfilling to ensure the lid seals properly.
Secure the Lid — Place the main lid and the condiment lid onto their respective containers. Fasten the silicone bands around the entire bento box to create a secure, leak-resistant seal for transport.
Transport and Enjoy — Carry the bento box in your lunch bag or backpack. Remember it's not fully liquid-proof between compartments, so avoid carrying very runny gravies. Enjoy your fresh, organized meal on the go.
Clean After Use — Empty the bento box. The stainless steel base and lids are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). Hand wash the silicone bands separately. Do not microwave the stainless steel base.
