A few situations that aren't covered
Our protection covers genuine issues with the product or the delivery. The following situations fall outside our buyer protection:
Buyer's-remorse returns
"I changed my mind" returns aren't covered. We operate on a backorder/import model where each item is sourced specifically for you — we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality or delivery failure.
Damage from misuse
Damage caused after delivery from misuse, accidents, or modifications isn't covered by buyer protection.
Custom or personalized items
Items personalized for you — engraving, custom sizing — aren't refundable except for authenticity or quality issues.
Voltage damage on US appliances
Most US appliances are rated 110V. Damage from connecting them to India's 230V supply isn't covered. Please check voltage compatibility before ordering. Our import guide has more detail on US appliance compatibility.

US appliances typically operate on 110V / 60 Hz. India's supply is 230V / 50 Hz. Using an incompatible appliance without a voltage converter can permanently damage it — and that damage is not covered. Always confirm specifications on the product page or ask us before ordering.
