• Prepare the Cable — Strip approximately 1 inch of the outer jacket from your Cat6 cable. Untwist the pairs to expose the individual wires, then arrange them in the correct order according to the T568A or T568B standard.
• Feed Wires Through Connector — Carefully insert the arranged wires through the VCE pass-through connector. Ensure each wire passes through its designated channel and exits the front of the connector, maintaining the correct color order.
• Crimp and Trim — Using a compatible pass-through crimping tool, insert the connector and crimp firmly. The tool will simultaneously seat the contacts and trim the excess wires flush with the connector front, ensuring a clean termination.
• Test the Connection — After crimping, inspect the termination for proper wire seating and trimming. Use a network cable tester to verify continuity and check for shorts or incorrect wiring before connecting to your network devices.
