How do I know which glove size to choose for an infielder?

For young infielders aged 3-6, the Rawlings Remix 9" glove is ideal. It's designed for quick transfers and easy handling, perfect for learning the game. Larger sizes are available for older youth players, but this 9-inch model is specifically for the youngest beginners.

What is the difference between Right Hand Throw and Left Hand Throw?

A Right Hand Throw (RHT) glove, like this Rawlings Remix model, fits on the left hand, allowing players who throw with their right hand to use it. If you throw with your left hand, you would need a Left Hand Throw (LHT) glove, which fits on the right hand.

Is this Rawlings glove suitable for Indian playing conditions?

Yes, this Rawlings youth baseball glove is suitable for use in India. While leather requires care in humid climates to prevent mold, its durable construction is designed for regular play. All customs duties and GST are included, and it ships via ExpressBox tracked delivery.

How to choose a baseball glove for a beginner child?

For a beginner child aged 3-6, look for a lightweight, ready-to-play glove like the Rawlings Remix 9". It should be easy to close and have a suitable pocket for catching. Ensure it's the correct hand orientation (Right Hand Throw for most).

How to use a baseball glove for the first time?

This Rawlings Remix glove is ready-to-play, meaning minimal break-in is needed. Ensure the glove fits snugly on the non-throwing hand using the hook and loop closure. Practice scooping ground balls and catching fly balls with it to get comfortable with its feel and pocket.

How to break in a Rawlings youth baseball glove?

The Rawlings Remix glove is designed as 'Ready-to-Play,' so extensive break-in is not required. Simply wear it during practice and games to naturally mold it to your hand. Avoid excessive oiling or pounding, as this can damage the glove's materials.

How to buy an original Rawlings baseball glove in India?

To buy an original Rawlings baseball glove in India, source from authorized US retailers and authorized brand partners like CrowCrowCrow. This ensures the product is factory-sealed, imported per-order, and includes all customs and GST charges, delivered via ExpressBox tracked shipping.

Why choose this product

Authentic Rawlings Quality for Young Athletes

Rawlings has a long-standing reputation for quality baseball equipment. This Remix Series glove brings that heritage to young players, offering a reliable and comfortable tool for their first steps in the sport. Unlike generic local options, it's designed with specific player development in mind, ensuring a positive learning experience. Imported directly from authorized US retailers, it guarantees genuine product quality for aspiring young ballplayers.

Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It

This 9-inch glove is perfect for beginner T-ball and youth baseball players aged 3-6 who need a lightweight, easy-to-use glove for learning fielding basics. It's ideal for casual play in the backyard or at the park. Players looking for a glove for older youth leagues (ages 7+) or specific positions like catcher or pitcher should consider larger, more specialized models. Those seeking advanced leather break-in or professional-grade features may find this model too basic.

How to use

Fit the Glove — Place the glove on your non-throwing hand (left hand for right-handed throwers). Adjust the hook and loop closure for a snug, comfortable fit that doesn't restrict movement.
Practice Catching — Use the glove to scoop ground balls and catch fly balls. Focus on closing the glove around the ball using the soft shell and basket web for easy capture.
Develop Hand-Eye Coordination — Practice with a partner or against a wall. The glove's design helps young players develop confidence and improve their ability to track and secure the ball.
