Gator 9" x 11" Multi-Surface Sanding Sheets, 50 Grit, 25 Pack | Extra Coarse Aluminum Oxide for Wood, Metal, Fiberglass

• Great for general purpose sanding on a wide variety of materials including wood, paint, metal, fiberglass, and plastic
• Extra coarse is best for quick stock and paint removal on extremely rough surfaces
• Sheets can be cut-to-fit 1/2 sheet, 1/3 sheet, or ¼ sheet sanders
• Resin bonding locks the grain to the paper for longer sanding life
• Heavy duty paper backing is durable enough for both hand and power sanding

• Prepare Your Sander — Ensure your orbital or palm sander is unplugged. If using a clamp-style sander, release the clamps. For hook-and-loop sanders, ensure the pad is clean and free of debris.
• Cut Sheet to Size — Measure and cut a sheet to fit your sander's pad. For 1/4, 1/3, or 1/2 sheet sanders, use scissors or a utility knife to trim the 9" x 11" sheet to the required dimensions.
• Attach Sanding Sheet — For clamp sanders, secure the cut sheet under the clamps. For hook-and-loop sanders, firmly press the sheet onto the sander's pad, aligning it with the hook-and-loop surface. Ensure it is securely attached.
• Sand Surface — Plug in your sander and begin sanding the target surface. Use moderate pressure and move the sander in a consistent pattern. For best results, follow up with finer grit sandpaper after removing the bulk material.
