Unleash Peak CPU Performance
The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB CPU Air Cooler is engineered for superior performance, featuring a dual-tower heatsink with 6 heat pipes and two 120mm TL-C12C-S PWM ARGB fans. This cooler is designed to keep high-performance CPUs running optimally, even under demanding loads. It is compatible with a wide range of Intel and AMD sockets, including the latest LGA1700/1851 and AM4/AM5 platforms, making it a versatile choice for PC builders in India. All customs duties and GST are included in the price, with delivery via ExpressBox.
Utilizing AGHP technique, the 6mm heat pipes effectively manage heat regardless of orientation, while the pure copper base and full electroplating reflow welding process ensure maximum thermal transfer. The dual 120mm ARGB fans provide both excellent airflow (66.17 CFM) and vibrant lighting effects, with a noise level of ≤25.6dB(A) for a quiet computing experience. The cooler's dimensions (125x135x155mm) are designed to allow ample RAM clearance.
This cooler is an ideal upgrade for gamers and professionals seeking reliable and efficient CPU cooling. While local alternatives may offer basic cooling, the Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB provides advanced heat dissipation technology and customizable ARGB lighting. It comes with all necessary mounting hardware for Intel and AMD platforms, TF7 thermal grease, and a 3-year warranty, ensuring peace of mind for your PC build.
Advanced Thermal Dissipation for Indian Climates
The Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB utilizes a dual-tower heatsink with 6 pure copper sintered heat pipes employing AGHP technique. This design actively combats inverse gravity effects, ensuring consistent cooling efficiency even in India's high ambient temperatures and humid conditions. Unlike basic stock coolers or less efficient local alternatives, it maintains optimal CPU performance under sustained loads, preventing thermal throttling during intense gaming or demanding work tasks. This advanced thermal management ensures your processor operates reliably, even during extended use in warmer climates.
Ideal for Enthusiasts, Not Basic Users
This cooler is best suited for PC builders and enthusiasts who require high-performance cooling for gaming, content creation, or demanding workstation tasks. Its dual-tower design, ARGB lighting, and broad socket compatibility offer significant advantages over stock coolers or simpler air coolers. However, users with basic office PCs or processors that generate minimal heat may find its advanced features and size to be overkill. If you only perform light tasks like web browsing or document editing, a simpler, less powerful cooler might suffice, but for performance-critical builds, this is a top choice.
Typical situations where Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB CPU Air Cooler helps — illustrative scenarios, not customer reviews.
Building a high-end gaming PC in Chennai for intense gaming sessions.
The Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB's dual-tower design and 6 heat pipes efficiently dissipate heat from powerful CPUs, preventing thermal throttling during long gaming marathons in Chennai's hot climate. The ARGB fans add visual flair to the build.
Upgrading a workstation CPU in Delhi for video editing and rendering tasks.
This cooler's robust cooling capacity ensures stable CPU performance for demanding tasks like video editing and rendering, even in Delhi's high ambient temperatures. Its quiet operation minimizes distractions during work, and broad socket compatibility ensures it fits modern Intel and AMD platforms.
| Feature | Thermalright Peerless Assassin | Others |
|---|---|---|
| Cooling Performance | Dual-tower, 6x6mm AGHP heat pipes, 1550rpm PWM fans, 66.17 CFM airflow, ≤25.6dB(A) noise. Designed for high TDP CPUs. | Typically single-tower, fewer heat pipes (3-4), lower fan speeds (1200-1400rpm), 50-60 CFM airflow, 28-35dB(A) noise. Suitable for mid-range CPUs. |
| Heat Pipe Technology | 6x6mm pure copper sintered heat pipes with AGHP technique for optimal performance in any orientation. | Fewer heat pipes (3-4), standard copper construction, may not feature advanced anti-gravity technology. |
| Fan Type & Lighting | Two 120mm TL-C12C-S PWM fans with 5V ARGB lighting, 1550rpm ±10%, 66.17 CFM. | Often 3-pin fans or basic PWM fans, may lack ARGB lighting or have lower RPM/airflow (50-60 CFM). |
| RAM Clearance | Asymmetric design allows clearance for most RAM modules. | May have limited RAM clearance, especially with taller heat spreaders, due to symmetrical tower design. |
| Cost per unit | 1.4 kg cooler at 1g/day = 1400 days: ₹5.22 per day | Local coolers of similar performance may range from ₹3,000-₹5,000, with per-unit costs varying by pack size and brand. |
