Protect Your AM5 CPU Investment
The Thermalright ASF-RED AM5 CPU Holder is engineered to protect your AMD AM5 CPU and motherboard from bending. Its exclusive all-aluminum anodized sandblasting process frame provides a fully laminated, non-marking installation with even pressure edges, ensuring the CPU cover is not worn out even with multiple installations. This dedicated AM5 slot corrector is designed to perfectly fit the CPU, supporting the cooler's weight to prevent CPU bending.
Featuring insulated protective feet, this holder precisely positions the AM5 CPU slot size and reduces capacitance caused by thermal conductive silicone contacting the CPU. The surface oxidation treatment and rounded perimeter ensure it's not easy to scratch. This red version offers an antioxidant effect and a perfect fit, enhancing the CPU cooling effect when combined with a cooler.
Installation is straightforward for AM5 CPU motherboard slots, with an included L-shaped screwdriver. The package also contains TF7 2g silicone grease with a thermal conductivity of 12.8W/M.K. Product size is 70mm (L) × 54mm (W) × 6mm (H), supporting AMD AM5 CPUs and X670, B650 series chipsets. The body weighs 20g, with an overall weight of 55g.
Engineered for AM5 Stability
The Thermalright ASF-RED AM5 CPU Holder is specifically designed to address the bending issue common with AMD's AM5 socket. Unlike generic solutions, its all-aluminum, anodized sandblasting process frame ensures uniform pressure distribution, preventing CPU cover damage and ensuring long-term stability. The insulated feet and antioxidant treatment further protect your components. This imported part offers superior build quality and precise engineering, ensuring your high-performance AMD processor operates reliably.
Ideal for Performance Builders, Skip if Using Older Sockets
This holder is perfect for PC builders using AMD AM5 CPUs (Ryzen 7000 series and newer) on X670 or B650 motherboards who prioritize stability and longevity. If you are using an older AMD socket like AM4, or an Intel CPU, this specific AM5 bracket will not fit and is unnecessary. Ensure your motherboard socket type matches AM5 before purchasing.
