Upgrade Your Camera Rig with Lightweight Carbon Fiber Support
SMALLRIG 15mm Carbon Fiber Camera Rods (4" / 10cm, 2-pack) provide essential support for your camera setup. Imported from authorized US retailers, these rods are crafted from hollow carbon fiber tubes, offering superior rigidity and corrosion resistance compared to standard aluminum alternatives. They are precision-engineered for 15mm support systems, enabling seamless attachment of vital accessories like follow focus units and matte boxes, enhancing your filmmaking capabilities.
Each rod measures 100mm (4 inches) and features a carbon fiber pattern. Their lightweight yet sturdy construction ensures durability without adding significant bulk to your rig. While these rods are non-threaded, they are designed to securely fit into standard 15mm rod clamps, providing a stable foundation for your camera accessories. For longer rod requirements, consider other SMALLRIG models.
These SMALLRIG rods are imported per order, with all customs duties and GST included in the listed price. Delivery is handled via ExpressBox tracked shipping, ensuring your order reaches you securely. While these rods are not voltage-dependent, their robust construction makes them suitable for various climates and demanding production environments.
Engineered for Professional Camera Support
SMALLRIG 15mm Carbon Fiber Rods are built for serious filmmakers and photographers. Unlike generic rods, these are precision-machined from hollow carbon fiber tubes, offering superior rigidity and a lightweight profile essential for balanced camera rigs. They resist corrosion, ensuring longevity even in challenging environments. Imported from authorized US retailers, these rods guarantee authentic quality for your professional gear. They seamlessly integrate with 15mm support systems, allowing you to mount crucial accessories like follow focus and matte boxes, enhancing your creative control and production workflow.
Who Should Buy vs. Who Should Skip
These rods are ideal for videographers, cinematographers, and serious camera enthusiasts building or upgrading their 15mm camera support systems. If you need lightweight, rigid, and corrosion-resistant components for professional camera rigs, these are an excellent choice. Skip these if you require threaded rods for direct mounting or if your setup does not utilize a 15mm rod system. For applications needing extreme lengths, consider other SMALLRIG models as these are specifically 4-inch (10cm) rods.
