Sashco Lexel Waterproof Caulk & Sealant Clear 5 oz | Highly elastic, waterproof, paintable sealant for indoor & outdoor use

• Highly elastic sealant built to outlast standard silicone: resists the yellowing and discoloration silicone shows within a season or two, handling up to 700 percent joint movement without losing its color
• Instantly waterproof and a sealant that sticks to wet surfaces: applies to wet or dry surfaces up to a 2 inch joint size so a repair doesn't have to wait for a dry day, a true outdoor sealant waterproof enough for the worst conditions
• Paintable, unlike silicone, and fully waterproof once cured with a smooth, non-porous surface that's easy to clean: ready for latex paint in 24 to 48 hours or oil based paint in 3 to 4 weeks, without silicone's separation issues
• A window leak sealer and exterior window caulk with excellent UV resistance: seals tubs, shower stalls, sinks, countertops, window and door frames, PVC or metal drain pipes, RVs, and gutters that face the sun all day
• Stops water leaks and sticks to almost anything from glass to metal to PVC, indoor or outdoor, never freezes, scrubbable once cured, applies from 0 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit, and holds service temperatures from negative 30 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit

• Prepare Surface — Clean the joint area thoroughly, remove loose debris, and ensure surface is damp or dry as needed. Cut nozzle for desired bead size.
• Apply Sealant — Load into a caulking gun, apply from 0°C to 120°F, up to 2-inch joints, pressing firmly for even coverage. Smooth with a tool if desired.
• Cure & Paint — Allow 24-48 hours for latex paint, 3-4 weeks for oil-based. Avoid water contact during curing. Full waterproofing achieved in 7 days.
