Long-lasting Waterproof Sealant for Indoors & Outdoors
Sashco Lexel Weatherproofing Caulk is a versatile, high-performance sealant available in India through crowcrowcrow, with excellent adhesion to wet or dry surfaces and superior elasticity. It resists yellowing and discoloration, maintaining its true color over time, unlike standard silicone. It bonds instantly to surfaces like glass, metal, PVC, and more, sealing leaks around tubs, gutters, RVs, and windows. Once cured, it forms a waterproof, non-porous, easy-to-clean surface that withstands extreme temperatures from 0°F to 120°F. Its unique formula handles up to 700% joint movement, making it ideal for dynamic outdoor and indoor applications.
Reviewers in humid Indian cities report that Lexel remains flexible and waterproof even in monsoon conditions, sealing leaks around windows and pipes effectively. Its paintability allows for seamless interior finishing, and the built-in anti-drip plunger ensures minimal mess during application. Suitable for both professional and DIY repairs, it offers a reliable, long-lasting solution for sealing and waterproofing needs in India.
Imported directly from the USA, Lexel Caulk arrives in a 4-pack of 5oz tubes, with fast ExpressBox tracked delivery in 11-13 days. It is compatible with standard caulking guns and supports a wide range of substrates, making it a trusted choice for Indian homeowners and contractors seeking premium quality sealants.
Formulation & Durability
Lexel's unique elastomeric formula resists yellowing, cracking, and staining, maintaining its true color and elasticity for years. It bonds to nearly any surface, including wet ones, and remains flexible through temperature swings, making it superior to standard silicone caulks for long-term outdoor and indoor sealing in India.
Who Should Use & Who Should Skip
Ideal for homeowners, contractors, and DIYers seeking a paintable, waterproof sealant that handles movement and moisture. Skip if you need a fast-curing, non-paintable adhesive or a product with specific fire ratings.
