Varathane Traditional Pecan Oil-Based Interior Wood Stain 236ml (1/2 pt) | Deep Rich Color & Grain Enhancement

• Made of a proprietary soya-oil base formula
• Offers superior penetration and grain enhancement
• Translucent pigments for cleaner/truer color
• Excellent color control and even color coverage
• Achieves desired color in just 2-3 coats

• Prepare the Surface — Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free of any old finishes, dust, or grease. Lightly sand the wood with fine-grit sandpaper and wipe clean to create an ideal surface for stain penetration.
• Apply the Stain — Stir the Varathane Traditional Pecan stain thoroughly. Apply an even coat using a brush or clean cloth, wiping on easily. Allow the stain to penetrate the wood for the desired color depth.
• Wipe Off Excess — After allowing sufficient penetration time (check product instructions for specific duration), wipe off any excess stain with a clean, lint-free cloth. Work with the wood grain for a smooth, even finish.
• Apply Additional Coats — For a deeper color or richer grain enhancement, apply a second or third coat following the same application and wiping process. Allow adequate drying time between coats as recommended.
