• Prepare Your Fabric and Dye — Pre-wash fabric to remove finishes. For best results on natural fibers, use hot water (140°F/60°C). Measure 1/3 bottle of dye for 1 lb of dry fabric into a container or washing machine.
• Dye the Fabric — Immerse fabric in dye solution. Stir continuously for 15-30 minutes to ensure even color. For washing machine dyeing, run a full cycle. For container dyeing, soak for at least 30 minutes.
• Rinse and Wash — Carefully remove fabric. Rinse in cold water until water runs clear. Wash in warm water with a mild detergent. For machine dyeing, run an empty wash cycle with detergent afterward to clean the machine.
