Why choose this product

Precision Chopping for Indian Kitchens

Prepworks by Progressive Nut Chopper offers precise fine and coarse chopping, essential for Indian culinary traditions that often require finely minced nuts and seeds for sweets, savories, and garnishes. The clear measuring base ensures you use the exact quantity needed for recipes, avoiding waste. Its stable, non-slip design is perfect for busy Indian kitchens where speed and efficiency are key. Unlike generic choppers, this tool is engineered for consistent results, making it a reliable companion for everyday food preparation.

Ideal for Home Cooks, Skip if Seeking Electric

This manual nut chopper is perfect for home cooks who prepare nuts and seeds occasionally or prefer manual control for precise textures. It excels at chopping almonds, walnuts, pecans, and seeds for desserts, salads, and smoothies. However, if you require high-volume chopping or prefer an electric appliance for speed and minimal effort, this manual model may not be the best fit. For such needs, consider larger electric food processors.

How to use

Add Nuts — Remove the clear base. Place the desired amount of nuts or seeds into the top compartment. Ensure not to overfill the chopper for optimal performance.
Select Grind & Chop — Choose your grind by turning the handle in the desired direction (fine or coarse). Pull the cord or turn the handle vigorously until the nuts reach your preferred consistency.
Measure & Serve — Attach the clear base and measure the chopped nuts up to 1.5 cups. Alternatively, remove the base and chop directly over your dish for immediate garnishing.
Clean — Once finished, disassemble the chopper. All parts are dishwasher safe for easy and hygienic cleaning, ensuring readiness for your next use.
