Why choose this product

Precision Chopping for Indian Kitchens

This USA-imported nut chopper offers consistent fine and coarse grinds, ideal for Indian culinary needs like garnishing sweets, adding crunch to salads, or preparing smoothie bowls. Unlike basic slicers, its patented design ensures uniform chopping. The clear, measured base simplifies recipe adherence, a key benefit for home cooks. Its durable construction and easy-to-use manual operation mean no reliance on electricity or complex settings, making it perfect for any Indian kitchen setup.

Who It's For & Who Should Skip It

Ideal for home cooks in India who frequently use chopped nuts or seeds for desserts, savory dishes, or health drinks. If you need precise measurements and consistent grind sizes for toppings or garnishes, this tool is for you. Skip if you require electric-powered chopping for very large quantities or if you only need whole nuts and never chopped ones. For those sensitive to plastic components in direct food contact, consider alternatives with stainless steel parts, though this model uses food-grade plastic.

How to use

Add Nuts — Remove the lid and place your desired nuts or seeds into the chopping chamber. Do not overfill; ensure there is enough space for the blades to move freely.
Select Grind Size — To achieve a fine grind, turn the handle clockwise. For a coarser grind, turn the handle counter-clockwise. Experiment with direction and duration to reach your desired consistency.
Chop and Measure — Turn the handle until the nuts reach your desired chop size. The clear base collects the chopped nuts and measures up to 1.5 cups. Alternatively, remove the base to chop directly over your dish.
Clean — Once finished, detach all parts and wash them with soap and water, or place them in the top rack of your dishwasher for easy cleaning.
