• Prepare the Build Plate — Ensure the RETUXEP PEO PET build plate is clean and free from dust or oils. Use isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free towel to thoroughly wipe down the surface before placing it on your printer's heated bed.
• Install and Heat — Place the build plate onto the magnetic heated bed of your compatible Bambu Lab printer. Set the bed temperature according to your filament: 60-70℃ for PLA and 70-90℃ for PETG. Allow the bed to reach the target temperature.
• Start Printing — Load your chosen filament (PLA, PETG, or TPU) and begin your 3D print. The PEO+PET surface will ensure excellent first-layer adhesion, helping to prevent warping and print detachment during the printing process.
• Remove Prints and Clean — Once the print is complete and the bed has cooled slightly, gently flex the spring steel plate to release the finished object. After removal, clean the build surface again with isopropyl alcohol to maintain optimal adhesion for future prints.
