Pelikan Souverän M400 Fountain Pen Extra Fine Nib Black/Green | Classic Piston Fill System

• Pelikan Souveran M400 fountain pen with classic Pelikan plunger mechanism
• Hand-crafted 14k gold two-tone nib, high grade resin barrel, gold plated Pelikan clip
• The M400 has a built-in piston fill system, so it does not accept ink cartridges or an ink converter
• Deluxe Pelikan gift box with pen case
• Made in Germany

• Prepare for Filling — Unscrew the barrel from the pen. Submerge the nib completely into your chosen bottled ink. Ensure the ink level is sufficient for filling. Twist the piston knob counter-clockwise to draw ink into the pen's reservoir.
• Fill the Pen — Slowly twist the piston knob clockwise until it stops. This action draws ink into the pen's internal reservoir. Once filled, remove the nib from the ink bottle and wipe any excess ink from the nib and feed with a soft cloth.
• Write and Maintain — Reattach the barrel. Write with the pen, allowing the ink to flow. For best performance, use high-quality fountain pen ink. Clean the pen periodically by flushing the nib and reservoir with water using the piston mechanism.
