Enrichment for Your Dog's Mind
The Outward Hound Nina Ottosson Dog Twister offers a superior level of mental enrichment. Imported from USA, it's crafted from durable, food-safe plastic, free from BPA, PVC, lead, and phthalates. This advanced Level 3 puzzle challenges your dog to use their natural instincts to forage and problem-solve, unlocking hidden compartments for treats. It's designed to keep dogs engaged for longer periods, providing a satisfying outlet for their energy and intelligence. This toy is not just about fun; it's about promoting cognitive health and reducing anxiety in dogs.
Who It's For vs. Who Should Skip It
This puzzle is ideal for intelligent dogs of all sizes, especially those who have mastered simpler toys and need a greater mental challenge. It's perfect for owners looking to reduce boredom, curb destructive behaviours, or make mealtime more engaging. However, dogs who are not yet accustomed to puzzle toys may find Level 3 too difficult initially; consider starting with Level 1 or 2 puzzles. Dogs who tend to destroy toys by chewing aggressively should be supervised closely, as no toy is indestructible. This toy is not suitable for dogs who are not food-motivated.
