Engage Your Dog's Mind, Reduce Boredom
The Outward Hound Nina Ottosson Dog Tornado Treat Puzzle is an engaging Level 2 intermediate toy designed to challenge your dog's problem-solving skills. It features three spinning layers with twelve treat-hiding compartments, encouraging natural foraging instincts and providing mental stimulation. This puzzle helps reduce boredom and anxiety, offering a healthy outlet for your dog's energy.
This interactive toy is constructed from durable, food-safe plastic that is BPA, PVC, lead, and phthalate-free. It's easy to clean and can hold up to 1/2 cup of kibble or treats, doubling as a slow feeder to help manage fast eaters. The difficulty can be adjusted with included bone covers, making it suitable for various dog breeds and problem-solving abilities.
Imported directly from authorized US retailers, this puzzle offers a superior enrichment experience compared to many local alternatives. It provides approximately 15 minutes of brain-engaging play, equivalent to 30 minutes of physical activity. All customs duties and GST are included in the price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping, 12-14 days.
Enrichment for Your Dog's Mind
The Nina Ottosson Dog Tornado puzzle is engineered to tap into your dog's natural instincts to sniff, forage, and solve problems. Unlike simple chew toys, this interactive game provides significant mental stimulation, helping to prevent destructive behaviours caused by boredom. Its durable, food-safe plastic construction ensures it can withstand enthusiastic play, while the adjustable difficulty levels cater to your dog's individual learning pace. Imported from the USA, it represents a premium standard in canine enrichment.
Ideal for Active & Intelligent Dogs
This puzzle is best suited for dogs who enjoy mental challenges and interactive play. It's perfect for intelligent breeds, dogs prone to boredom, or those needing extra mental stimulation. Consider this toy if your dog is an average to fast eater, as it doubles as a slow feeder. Skip if your dog is a destructive chewer who tends to ingest toys, as supervision is always recommended. For dogs that prefer simpler toys, a Level 1 puzzle might be a better starting point.
