• Prepare Surfaces — Ensure surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease. Lightly abrading non-porous surfaces can improve adhesion. For best results, use a suitable industrial cleaner.
• Mix Adhesive — Open the single-use pouch and thoroughly mix the two components within the packet until a uniform silver color is achieved. Ensure even distribution of the conductive filler for optimal performance.
• Apply and Assemble — Apply the mixed adhesive to one surface using a spatula, syringe, or dispenser. Assemble the parts within the 1-hour work time, applying gentle pressure to ensure good contact. Avoid disturbing the bond during curing.
• Cure — Allow the bond to cure at room temperature for 24 hours for full strength. For faster curing, mild heat (e.g., 60-80°C) can be applied. Ensure adequate ventilation during curing.
