• Ensure surfaces are clean, dry (or wet/frozen as applicable), and free from dust, grease, or loose materials. For best results, lightly roughen smooth surfaces like metal or PVC with sandpaper. — Prepare Surfaces
• Cut the cartridge nozzle to the desired bead size (approx. 1/4 inch or 6mm). Apply a continuous bead of adhesive to one surface. For subflooring, apply beads 4 inches apart on joists and 12 inches apart across the width. — Apply Adhesive
• Immediately press the surfaces together firmly. For subflooring, nail or screw the pieces together within 30 minutes of application. Ensure proper alignment and hold for initial bonding. — Assemble and Secure
• Allow the adhesive to set for 30 minutes and fully cure for 24 hours before exposing to heavy loads or moisture. The adhesive is paintable once fully cured. — Cure and Finish
