• Prepare the Surface — Clean the repair area thoroughly. For best results, lightly roughen surfaces with sandpaper and wipe away any grease or contaminants. If applying underwater, ensure the area is free of loose debris.
• Mix the Epoxy — Dispense equal amounts of resin and hardener from the dual-syringe onto a clean disposable surface. Mix thoroughly for 1-2 minutes until a uniform white color is achieved. Use within the working time.
• Apply and Cure — Apply the mixed epoxy to the prepared surfaces. Press parts together firmly. The epoxy sets in 2 hours and fully cures in 24 hours, even underwater. Avoid disturbing the bond during this time.
• Finish the Repair — Once fully cured, the epoxy can be sanded, drilled, tapped, or machined. Clean up any excess uncured epoxy with a cloth.
