• Prepare the Ball — Locate the double direction arrow on the ball. Toggle the internal rotor along this arrow to its maximum resistance point. Ensure it's set correctly before proceeding to the next step.
• Initiate Rotation — Hold the ball with your palm facing down. Begin to slowly rotate your wrist in a circular motion. You should feel the rotor engaging and starting to spin against the inside of the ball.
• Increase Speed and Resistance — As you continue rotating your wrist, the ball will spin faster, producing a higher-pitched sound. Once you feel it spinning at a sufficient speed, stop your rotation. The gyroscope will oscillate in your palm, providing resistance.
