• Loosen all straps and laces. Slide your foot into the brace, ensuring the tongue is centered on top of your foot for even pressure distribution. — Prepare the Brace
• Pull the bottom speed-lace strap tab across the top of your foot and secure it on the opposite side. Repeat with the top speed-lace strap tab. — Secure Speed-Lace System
• Wrap the outer strap over the forefoot, under the arch, and attach it up the outside of the ankle. Repeat with the inner strap on the opposite side, forming an 'X' over the foot. — Apply Figure-8 Straps
