• Prepare and Apply — Loosen all straps and laces. Slide your foot into the brace, ensuring the tongue is centered on top of your foot. The brace is designed for universal fit on either the left or right ankle.
• Secure Speed-Laces — Pull the bottom speed-lace strap across the top of your foot and secure it on the opposite side. Repeat with the top speed-lace strap, pulling it across and securing it to the opposite side.
• Adjust Straps for Support — Wrap the outer strap over the forefoot, under the arch, and attach it up the outside of the ankle to your desired tension. Do the same with the inner strap on the inside of the ankle. Straps should form an 'X' over the foot. Secure the top circumference strap towards the front of the ankle.
• Customize and Finalize — Remove the medial/lateral stays if a more flexible level of support is desired. Adjust all straps as needed to achieve optimal comfort and stability. Ensure the brace feels snug but does not restrict circulation.
