Fast, Reliable Repairs for Metal, Wood, and More
Devcon 5 Minute Epoxy Gel is a two-part, high-strength, rapid-curing epoxy designed for quick and reliable repairs. Its unique gel formula prevents dripping or sagging, making it ideal for vertical and overhead applications. The integrated blue dye indicator ensures thorough mixing, disappearing once the resin and hardener are properly combined. This epoxy bonds effectively to a wide range of materials including metal, wood, glass, ceramic, concrete, china, and fiberglass, providing a strong bond with 2500 PSI tensile strength.
This fast-curing formula sets in approximately 5 minutes, with a full cure in 1 hour, allowing for efficient project completion. It maintains its integrity across a wide temperature range, from -40°F to 200°F (-40°C to 93°C). The epoxy is suitable for various repair tasks, including filling gaps and bonding dissimilar materials. Reviewers praise its quick adhesion for bathroom shelves and faceting projects.
For Indian buyers, this USA-sourced Devcon epoxy offers a reliable alternative for demanding repairs. All customs duties and GST are included in the final price, with tracked delivery via ExpressBox. Ensure proper ventilation and wear gloves during application, as the product is classified as an irritant.
Engineered for Quick, Strong Repairs
Devcon's 5 Minute Epoxy Gel is formulated for speed and strength, a critical advantage for DIYers and professionals in India. Its rapid cure time means less downtime for projects, while the high tensile strength of 2500 PSI ensures durable bonds on metal, wood, glass, and ceramic. The non-sag gel consistency is a standout feature, preventing messy drips on vertical surfaces, a common challenge in humid Indian conditions. This USA-sourced product is imported directly, ensuring authenticity and quality for your repair needs.
Ideal for Specific Repairs, Not for All
This epoxy is best suited for small to medium repairs requiring a fast bond on rigid materials like metal, glass, and concrete. It is not recommended for flexible plastics or materials that require significant gap filling beyond its capacity. While it withstands temperatures up to 200°F, it is not designed for continuous high-heat applications exceeding this limit. For large structural repairs or applications needing extreme flexibility, alternative adhesives may be more appropriate.
