DAP Alex Plus Acrylic Latex Caulk with Silicone provides a high-quality, flexible, and durable seal for both interior and exterior applications. This white caulk adheres strongly to multiple surfaces, including trim, baseboards, windows, and door frames, creating a long-lasting waterproof barrier that minimizes shrinkage. Its siliconized acrylic formula ensures superior performance and longevity, exceeding ASTM C834 standards. Imported directly for Indian customers, this caulk offers a reliable solution for sealing gaps and joints.
The advanced formula is paintable in just 30 minutes with latex or oil-based paints, preventing shine-through or discoloration for a flawless finish. This feature significantly speeds up project completion. It is also low in odor and cleans up easily with water, making it user-friendly for DIY projects. The cured seal provides lasting protection against moisture and environmental factors.
For Indian homeowners and contractors, this pack of 12 x 10.1 oz tubes offers excellent value and consistent availability for multiple projects. All customs duties and GST are included in the displayed price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping. Ensure your projects are sealed effectively and efficiently with this trusted USA-sourced caulk.
Superior Sealant Performance
DAP Alex Plus utilizes a siliconized acrylic formula, offering enhanced flexibility and adhesion compared to standard acrylic latex caulks. This composition ensures a durable, waterproof seal that resists cracking and shrinking, even in demanding interior and exterior applications. Its ability to be painted over in just 30 minutes, without affecting the paint finish, sets it apart for efficient project completion. Exceeding ASTM C834 standards, it provides a reliable, long-lasting barrier against moisture and air infiltration.
Ideal for Indian Homes & Projects
This caulk is suitable for sealing gaps around windows, doors, and trim in Indian homes, providing a waterproof barrier against humidity and dust. While effective for general sealing, it's not specifically formulated for extreme fire-resistance ratings like specialized firestop sealants. If your project requires a specific fire-rating certification (e.g., UL listing for through-penetrations), consult local building codes and opt for a product explicitly certified for that purpose. For standard sealing needs, this DAP caulk offers excellent value and performance.
