• Carefully detune the old string by loosening the tuning peg. Once slack, unhook the ball-end from the bridge and remove the string from the tuning post. — Remove Old String
• Insert the ball-end of the new D'Addario PB030 string into the bridge pin hole. Ensure it is securely seated. Thread the other end through the tuning post on the corresponding tuner. — Install New String
• Gently bring the string up to pitch using the tuning peg. As you tune, stretch the string slightly by pulling it away from the fretboard. Retune as needed until pitch stabilizes. — Tune and Stretch
