• Carefully remove the old strings from your electric guitar one by one. Loosen each string until it is slack, then unwind it from the tuning post and bridge. — Remove Old Strings
• Thread the new D'Addario XL Half Rounds through the bridge and body. Feed the ball end into the bridge slot, then thread the string through the tailpiece or body. Pull the string taut towards the tuning post. — Install New Strings
• Wind the string around the tuning post, ensuring it wraps neatly. Tune the string to pitch. Gently stretch each new string by pulling it away from the fretboard and retuning. Repeat until the strings hold pitch. — Tune and Stretch
• Once tuned and stretched, trim any excess string length from the tuning post to prevent interference. Ensure all strings are securely installed before playing. — Trim Excess String
