• Remove the Wheel — Carefully remove the wheel from your bicycle. If it's the rear wheel, shift to the smallest cog before detaching the chain. Deflate the old tube completely by pressing the valve core.
• Remove the Old Tube — Use tire levers to gently pry the tire bead away from the rim. Once a section is loose, slide a lever under the tube and pull it out. Remove the old tube entirely.
• Install the New Tube — Slightly inflate the new BWSHLF tube to give it shape. Insert the valve through the valve hole in the rim, then tuck the tube evenly inside the tire. Ensure it's not twisted.
• Seat the Tire and Inflate — Work the tire bead back onto the rim, ensuring the tube is not pinched. Inflate the tube to the recommended pressure (usually printed on the tire sidewall). Check that the tire is seated evenly.
