• Remove Wheel and Deflate Tube — Carefully remove the wheel from your bicycle. If the tube is still inflated, fully deflate it by pressing the pin on the Presta valve. This makes it easier to remove the tire from the rim.
• Remove Tire and Old Tube — Use tire levers to gently pry the tire bead away from the rim. Work your way around the rim, being careful not to pinch the old tube. Once one side of the tire is off the rim, pull out the old inner tube.
• Install New Tube and Inflate — Slightly inflate the new BWSHLF tube to give it shape. Insert the valve through the valve hole in the rim, then carefully tuck the tube into the tire. Ensure the tube is not twisted. Re-seat the tire bead onto the rim.
• Final Inflation and Reassembly — Inflate the new tube to the recommended pressure (check tire sidewall). Ensure the tire is seated evenly on the rim. Reinstall the wheel onto the bicycle, ensuring it is secure. Check brake clearance.
