• Prepare the Surface — Ensure the surface where the tape will be applied is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, or grease. For best adhesion, clean with isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry completely.
• Apply the Tape — Cut the tape to the desired length using scissors or a utility knife. Carefully peel off the backing liner, avoiding touching the adhesive. Apply the tape smoothly to the surface, pressing firmly from the center outwards to eliminate air bubbles.
• Ensure Firm Adhesion — Once applied, use a roller or firm pressure to ensure the tape adheres completely to the surface. Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours for maximum bond strength, especially in demanding applications.
