Premium Quality Art Panels at Competitive Price
Ampersand Aquabord 5x7 is a professional watercolor and gouache panel made in the USA, featuring a highly absorbent clay and mineral ground similar to cold press watercolor paper. Its rigid, warp-resistant Hardbord core stays flat under heavy water application, eliminating the need for stretching or mounting. Artists can paint edge to edge, build luminous glazes, and lift colors for highlights without surface pilling or swelling. The sealed, portable design makes it suitable for studio or plein air use, and it can be displayed directly without glass. Handcrafted with FSC-certified materials, Aquabord supports watercolor, gouache, ink, casein, acrylic washes, and mixed media, ensuring vibrant, controlled results with consistent flatness and durability.
