Craft Professional Cosplay Armor with Premium EVA Foam
MEARCOOH 20mm Black EVA foam sheets are engineered for serious cosplayers, providing ultra-dense, rigid yet lightweight support for armor, helmets, and props. The black matte finish ensures seamless painting and weathering effects, perfect for replicating detailed costumes. This foam is specially formulated for durability and shape retention, allowing clean cuts with hobby knives or laser cutting and uniform thickness for heat-forming intricate designs.
The multi-layer cushioning solution can be layered for adjustable padding in boots, gauntlets, or chest plates. Its precision-cut dimensions of 35.5 cm x 99 cm (13.9" x 39") with uniform 20mm thickness prevent warping during heat-forming processes like creating dragon scales or mecha parts. While primarily for cosplay, it can also serve as a daily home cushion.
Imported for discerning Indian crafters, these MEARCOOH EVA foam sheets offer a professional-grade material for ambitious cosplay projects. All customs duties and GST are included in the listed price, with delivery via ExpressBox tracked shipping. Expect 16-18 days for your order.
Engineered for Intricate Cosplay Crafting
MEARCOOH EVA foam sheets are designed for the demands of serious cosplayers. Their ultra-dense 20mm thickness offers superior rigidity and lightweight support, crucial for creating realistic armor and props. The black matte finish provides an excellent base for painting and weathering, allowing for seamless integration into complex costume designs. Unlike thinner foams, this material maintains its shape and integrity, preventing warping even when heat-formed into detailed scales or sharp edges. This professional-grade quality ensures your creations look authentic and withstand the rigors of conventions and events.
Ideal for Detailed Props, Not Everyday Use
These 20mm EVA foam sheets are perfect for crafting detailed cosplay armor, helmets, and props requiring a rigid, thick material. They are also suitable for creating custom padding or cushions. However, if you need a flexible, thin foam for simple crafts or a material for direct skin contact without a barrier, this product may be too thick and rigid. For general home cushioning, consider thinner foam options or dedicated upholstery materials.
