• Ideal for Cosplay & Crafts — The 1mm thickness is perfect for detailed work like intricate costume elements, armor accents, or delicate craft applications where flexibility and precision are key. Easily cut and shaped.
• Durable & Shape Retentive — Made from high-density EVA foam, these sheets maintain their shape and structure, ensuring your creations remain robust and true to design over time, even with frequent handling.
• Seamless Import Experience — All customs duties and GST are pre-paid and included in the listed price. Your MEARCOOH foam sheets are imported directly and delivered via ExpressBox with tracking.

• Measure and Cut — Measure your design onto the MEARCOOH EVA foam sheet. Use a sharp craft knife or precision scissors to carefully cut out the desired shapes. For cleaner cuts, score the foam multiple times rather than trying to cut through in one pass.
• Shape with Heat — Gently heat the cut foam piece with a heat gun on a low setting, moving it constantly to avoid scorching. Once pliable, carefully bend or mold it into the desired curves or shapes. Hold in place until it cools and retains its form.
• Adhere and Finish — Join foam pieces using a strong contact cement or specialized craft glue. Apply adhesive to both surfaces, let them become tacky, then press together firmly. Once assembled, prime the foam with a flexible primer before painting with acrylics or spray paints.
