Shipping Policy follows a strict and orderly shipping policy so that our customers don’t face any problems. Our team makes sure that the product(s) ordered by the customer is delivered by our shipping carriers at the earliest and in intact condition.

Processing of Orders:

Once the order is placed, we take about 24 hours to process the order. Since the product needs to be bought from our warehouse/suppliers in USA, it might take 7-25 days for the shipment to be delivered. The estimated delivery date is displayed on the website prior to placing the order. Please note that the product cost mentioned on the website is the final price and it includes customs and shipping expenses. There are no hidden charges. The shipping and handling rates are calculated according to the weight, dimensions of the product, and delivery location chosen. Additional shipping fees may be applicable for liquids, glass products, or extremely heavy parcels owing to the box measurements.

Back Order Products:

Our inventory status is updated on a daily basis. Under rare circumstances, in case the website is not updated, there is little likelihood that a product can get back ordered.
In such cases, our team will get in touch with the customer within 6-7 days from the date of placing the order. In order to prevent rescheduling or delaying the whole order, we might divide the order and deliver the goods which are currently available. The back ordered products will be sent to the customer at our cost the moment they are back in stock.

Tracking the Order:

Customers will receive an order confirmation message on their e-mail when they place their order. The e-mail will mention the order ID as well as a unique tracking number which will allow customers to track the status of their order at every step till the product is delivered. In rare cases when customers do not receive order confirmation e-mails, they can sign in into their Crowcrowcrow account and view the order status. Please check the spam folder for order confirmation e-mails from and mark them as ‘Not Spam’.

Shipping Confirmation:

When customers place an order on, they validate that they agree to the shipping policy. We have internal software which creates shipping labels. The accurateness of the details depends on the information given by users at the time of placing the order. Shipping confirmation will be sent to the customer with the product tracking number once it is dispatched.

If the parcel is returned to us owing to incomplete or incorrect address information or if the shipping agent has to correct the address mentioned on the label, the customer will have to pay Rs. 70 for every 500 grams. Therefore, please provide complete and correct information while placing the order. If the customer wants to cancel such orders, a restocking fee of 20% will be payable.

Shipping details can be tracked by both parties, i.e. by us and the customer. In case we learn that the shipping carrier has not delivered the product and the tracking details show the product as ‘undelivered’, our team will ship it again at no extra cost. Crowcrowcrow takes full responsibility to ensure that the goods reach the consumers by the estimated delivery date.
