Why isn't my tracking showing yet?
Tracking on ExpressBox becomes live ~48 hours after dispatch. You'll get an email and WhatsApp notification with the tracking number once it's ready.
My tracking hasn't updated for several days. Is something wrong?
During international transit, scans can be sparse — that's normal for cross-border air freight. If there's no movement for 10+ days, WhatsApp us with your order ID and we'll investigate.
Tracking shows "Customs Clearance" — do I need to do anything?
No action needed from you. Customs is cleared in our company name with all duties pre-paid. Just wait for the next status update — typically 1–3 days.
What if customs needs my KYC?
Occasionally Indian customs requests buyer KYC for specific high-value or restricted-category shipments. If this happens, our team will WhatsApp you and ask for a soft copy of one ID document — Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport. We then share it with the authorities and clearance proceeds. This is uncommon and resolves quickly.
Tracking shows "Delivered" but I didn't receive my order.
First, check with neighbours, family at home, and building security — couriers sometimes hand off if you're not in. Look for a delivery slip. If still missing, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of the "Delivered" status with your order ID. We'll investigate with the last-mile partner and refund if it can't be recovered.
Can I change my delivery address after the order has shipped?
Yes, if the package hasn't reached your destination city yet. WhatsApp us your order ID and the new address — one free address change allowed per order. Once it's out for delivery in the destination city, address changes aren't possible.
