The unique synthetic surface of Yupo paper allows inks and paints to sit on top, enabling unique effects like lifting and re-working. It's waterproof and does not absorb, making it ideal for alcohol inks, markers, and certain acrylics. Unlike traditional paper, it resists buckling and tearing, even with heavy washes.
Imported directly from authorized US retailers, this Yupo pad offers a premium art supply experience. All customs duties and GST are included in the listed price. Your order is shipped via ExpressBox with tracking, ensuring secure delivery across India.
Unique Artistic Medium for India
Legion Yupo Synthetic Paper offers a distinct artistic experience not commonly found in local art supplies. Its waterproof, non-absorbent polypropylene surface allows inks and paints to float, enabling unique blending, lifting, and re-working techniques. This makes it perfect for alcohol inks, markers, and specific acrylic applications where traditional paper would buckle or bleed. Imported directly from the USA, this pad ensures you receive an authentic, high-quality art material for your creative projects, all with transparent pricing and included duties for Indian buyers.
Ideal for Mixed Media & Detail Work
This Yupo pad is best suited for artists who experiment with mixed media, alcohol inks, markers, and controlled acrylic techniques. Its smooth surface is excellent for fine detail, calligraphy, and precise linework. However, it's not recommended for traditional watercolor washes where pigment absorption is desired, or for artists seeking a textured paper surface. If you need a paper that absorbs water and pigment for soft blending, consider a cold-press cotton watercolor paper instead.
