• Prepare your workspace — Set up a flat, dry surface. Keep the pad in a protective cover to prevent dust and moisture before use.
• Wet your brush and load color — Dip your brush into water, then pick up pigment. Use generous water for vibrant washes, supported by the paper's absorbency.
• Apply paint with controlled saturation — Use light strokes for backgrounds, heavier for details. Support multiple washes without warping, thanks to the interwoven fibers.
• Finish and store — Allow paintings to dry flat. Store in a dry, sealed environment to preserve brightness and prevent warping.
