• Measure Your Watch Lug Width — Accurately measure the distance between your watch case's lugs where the band attaches. This Vellsar kit is primarily for 24mm lug widths, but includes spares for 22mm and 26mm. Ensure the chosen spring bar size matches your watch.
• Compress and Remove Old Spring Bar — Insert the forked end of the spring bar removal tool under the edge of the watch band at the lug. Push down to compress the spring bar, then slide the band away from the watch case. Repeat on the other side.
• Install New Spring Bar — Align one end of the new spring bar into the lug hole. Compress the other end with the removal tool, position it into the opposite lug hole, and release the tool. Ensure both ends are securely seated in the lug holes.
• Attach Watch Band — Once the spring bars are in place, carefully slide the watch band back into position between the lugs. Ensure the spring bar ends are fully seated within the lug holes before releasing pressure. Gently tug the band to confirm it's secure.
